Workflow Logic interactions  
A robust toolset for defining the generation of Actions, Charges, Document, Billing and Status of the workflow occurs based on the conditions of other Tasks, Charges, Documents, Billings and Workflow Status:

- Define alternative Action items when required information is not provided.
- Generate Actions when agreement to actions does not occur
- Generate additional fees if conditions are not met
- Change status of workflow if conditions of workflow are not met
- Set time stipulations as to when logic triggers occur
- Assign Approval to trigger events
- All logic triggers met generate System messages and are recorded to the Activity Log

Many logic based scenarios can be applied to address more advanced business processes and simplify complex actions needed when planned events occur (or do not) in workflows including:

- Emergency Actions
- Alternative Actions
- Additional Charges based on conditions of workflow being met or not met
